Practice Areas: Margaret F Black is the Deputy Chair - Administration of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Her real estate practice covers the gamut of commercial transactions, from acquisitions and sales to leasings and financings. Those transactions, which often involve properties nationwide, relate primarily to shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, and other types of commercial properties.
