Practice Areas: Represents management before the National Labor Relations Board, state and federal discrimination agencies, union negotiations, arbitrations and in formulating strategies regarding plant relocation, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions. Represents numerous manufacturing, service and distribution companies; hospitals; nursing homes; and not-for-profit organizations. Serves as labor counsel to Cornell University, Princeton University, and New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.
