Practice Areas: Richard G. Rosenblatt is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice resident in Princeton and Philadelphia. Rich's nationwide practice focuses on the representation of employers in state and federal courts and agencies. In addition to defending against all forms of discrimination and retaliation claims, Rich has extensive experience as lead counsel handling complex wage and hour and ERISA class actions, and trade secret and non-compete litigation. He also frequently handles labor arbitrations, workplace investigations, and regularly counsels employers in day-to-day labor and employment law matters.
