Career: Ms. McShane is a patent litigator in the pharmaceutical, chemical process, electrical, and software fields. She handles patent infringement actions, including proceedings before the International Trade Commission. Ms. McShane has been involved in large Hatch-Waxman Act litigations, including Pfizer v. Teva (Celebrex®); Merck Sharp and Dohme v. Teva (Singulair®); Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. v. Apotex, et al. (Boniva®); Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. v. Ranbaxy (Valcyte®); and Pfizer v. Teva (Detrol®). She was a process engineer and project manager in international engineering firms prior to her legal career, designing systems for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and oil industries.
