Practice Areas: Over 40 years' litigation and counseling experience in antitrust, franchising and distribution matters, many with complex and challenging issues. Counsels and represents franchisors and suppliers in disputes involving claims such as resale price fixing, tying, price discrimination and breach of contract.
Career: Joined SNR Denton in 1976. From 1971-76, was a staff attorney at the headquarters of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition. Lectures at ABA Section of Antitrust Law programs and before the ABA Forum on Franchising, where he was a Member of the Governing Board.
