Practice Areas: Lisanne is a partner in the Energy practice group at Troutman Sanders. She specializes in the regulation of natural gas and electricity, and represents a range of clients, including natural gas pipeline and storage companies, natural gas distribution companies and electric utilities, energy marketing companies, and generation owners. She has represented clients in a variety of administrative proceedings. Lisanne has represented formal and informal groups of companies in energy regulatory litigation and policy advocacy matters.
