He has experience in representing debtors and creditors in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings in the US. He also has experience in corporate bankruptcy matters and workouts on behalf of distressed companies and other parties in interest. Mr. Uzzi has been a driving force in some of the nation's most significant restructurings and bankruptcy representations in recent history, including: Zais VII, Lehman Brothers, Washington Mutual, Charter Communications, Mirant Corporation, and Adelphia Communications.
