Practice Areas: Head of the firm-wide Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice and Head of the New York Office's Corporate Practice. His practice is focused on US and transnational business reorganizations, including chapter 11 reorganizations and liquidations, out-of-court restructurings, refinancings, distressed acquisitions, and investments in troubled companies. He has represented all of the major constituencies in restructurings, including debtors, bank groups, bondholder committees, official creditors' committees, unsecured creditors, and distressed investors. Principal debtor representations include Independence Air, Globalstar, Olympia & York, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Marvel Entertainment, and Levitz Furniture.
