Practice Areas: Ben Logan is a partner in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and the senior member of the firm’s Restructuring Practice. He regularly represents debtors (e.g. New Century Financial Corp.), official creditors’ committees (e.g. Philadelphia Newspapers), ad hoc noteholder committees (e.g. euro noteholders in Solutia), senior secured lenders (e.g. the agent for the bank group in Sun Healthcare), and acquirers of operating businesses (e.g. Cerberus in Sydran) in significant chapter 11 cases. He also is regularly involved in representing both debtors and creditors in out-of-court restructurings.
