Practice Areas: Mr. Labate concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate restructuring and in developing, financing and distributing feature film and television programming. He is an adjunct professor at De Paul University School of Law and annually organizes and teaches film seminars sponsored by Lawyers For the Creative Arts, the Independent Feature Project and Columbia College Film School. Mr. Labate's clients include: Bunim Murray Productions (producer of 'Real World'), Yari Film Group, LLC (producer of 'Crash'), Media General, Inc., Steppenwolf Films (a division of Steppenwolf Theatre Company) and Kartemquin Educational Films (producer of 'Hoop Dreams' and 'New Americans').
