Practice Areas: Josh Leavitt has more than 25 years experience in litigating construction and real estate disputes in court and in ADR proceedings, achieving successful results in numerous multi-million dollar disputes. Mr. Leavitt also negotiates all manner of industry contracts, provides risk counseling and leads due diligence efforts in mergers and acquisitions in the construction industry. He is an elected Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and member of the Illinois Society of Construction Attorneys.
