Practice Areas: Christopher concentrates in financing transactions for private equity groups and private and public companies with an emphasis on highly leveraged financings, including acquisitions and restructurings. He represents borrowers and lenders in structuring secured and unsecured lending transactions, LBO and acquisition financings, restructuring transactions, first and second lien financings, subordinated debt transactions, mezzanine and other private issuances, DIP financings and hedging arrangements. Clients include financial sponsors Bain Capital, GTCR, Golden Gate Capital, Vestar Capital and Welsh Carson, and portfolio companies and major corporations, including Molson Coors and Roundy’s Supermarkets.
