Career: Frank Lowrey’s practice focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies in class actions, private antitrust suits and other complex litigation matters. His experience includes the successful defense of antitrust, consumer and business tort claims in federal and state courts across the country on behalf of businesses such as Delta Air Lines, Inc., Avon Products, Inc., The Home Depot and Primerica Financial Services, Inc. Frank has also developed a practice representing municipal and other regulated utilities before the Georgia Public Service Commission and the Georgia Courts. In addition to his work at the trial court level, Frank regularly appears in the state and federal appellate courts, typically to challenge or preserve the results obtained in high-stakes cases by other counsel who appeared at the trial court level. His experience includes the reversal of an intermediate appellate decision certifying a class action to pursue a claim for $110 million in statutory damages under the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the reversal of multi-million dollar judgments in the state and federal courts.
