Practice Areas: Jeff Kilduff is a Partner in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office and Firmwide Chair of the Securities Litigation Practice. With nearly 25 years of experience, Jeff’s wide-ranging securities practice has included class action defense, the defense of derivative litigation on behalf of both individuals and companies, internal corporate investigations, and compliance counseling. He also has represented numerous companies and individuals in SEC, NYSE, and FINRA investigations, enforcement proceedings, and arbitrations. Jeff has first-chaired numerous trials and arbitrations involving business disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions as well as numerous FINRA and NYSE arbitrations relating to securities sales practices.
