Practice Areas: Partner in Crowell & Moring's White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement Group. Focuses practice in white-collar criminal defense. He has defended individuals in a wide array of white-collar criminal matters, including public corruption, tax fraud, health care fraud, procurement fraud, money laundering, bribery, conflict of interest, antitrust, theft of trade secrets, off-label marketing, FCPA, securities fraud and cyber crimes. He has been lead counsel on 12 jury trials and has argued and briefed numerous cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
