Practice Areas: Craig Adas is Managing Partner of Weil's Silicon Valley office. He has over 20 years of experience representing some of the world’s most prolific companies and private equity funds in sophisticated transactions, with particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, private and public acquisitions and dispositions, tender offers, going private transactions, joint ventures and securities offerings. He also regularly serves as counsel to boards of directors and special committees on corporate governance and other strategic matters.
