Career: Steve Camahort is a partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Mr. Camahort has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate governance issues. He has worked for corporate clients, private equity funds, and financial advisors in negotiated and hostile transactions in the technology, health care, financial services, entertainment and media, consumer products, aerospace, real estate, and other industries. Mr. Camahort also has advised numerous investment banks in their capacity as financial advisor in M&A transactions. He joined the firm as a partner in 2008.
