Practice Areas: Linda Auerbach Allderdice leads the firm's Labor, Employment and Benefits group in California and resides in the Los Angeles office. Ms. Allderdice represents clients in complex litigation in all aspects of labor and employment law including class action litigation, advises clients on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws, and represents companies in matters involving labor relations for management, including union avoidance, collective bargaining and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB. She has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including transportation, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, electronics and technology, entertainment, healthcare and retail.
