Practice Areas: Louis Hernandez is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings. His practice concentrates on financing transactions including LBO and acquisition financings, mezzanine and subordinated financings,corporate financings (secured and unsecured) and in-court and out-of-court restructuring of various types of credit facilities. Mr. Hernandez specializes in borrower representation, but has experience in all such transactions representing both lenders and borrowers.
