Practice Areas: Head of the European capital markets practice and co-head of the European corporate group. He has extensive experience in representing both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of international corporate finance transactions, including investment grade debt; high-yield debt; and equity offerings by issuers in a wide range of industries. He also advises a number of non-US companies on their US reporting obligations and corporate governance matters.
