Practice Areas: Partner specialising on a wide variety of US domestic and international capital markets, merger and acquisition and other corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with SEC registered, Rule 144A and traditional private placement securities offerings. He also practices in the mergers and acquisitions area, representing acquirors and sellers in public and private acquisition and divestiture transactions.
