Practice Areas: Real Estate Partner. Nick advises on all aspects of commercial property, including development, investment and asset management work in the UK and the Middle East. His practice has a particular focus on joint venture transactions and high-value development work, including pre-letting and letting work for developers, landlords and tenants. He has recently returned from Herbert Smith Freehills' Abu Dhabi office where he managed the firm’s Middle East and North Africa Real Estate practice. He is also head of the firm’s Corporate Occupation practice.
Career: Qualified in 1996 and has been a partner at the firm since 2006.
