Practice Areas: Head of the firm’s recently opened Seoul office. Represented issuers and underwriters in numerous capital markets transactions of Korean issuers since 1998, including Hanwha Life Insurance, Hyundai Steel, LG Uplus, SK C&C, Samsung Card, Hyundai Motor, KEPCO, Shinhan Financial Group and The Republic of Korea. Also worked on various M&A transactions, including Dongwon's acquisition of StarKist business from Del Monte and many other Korean companies’ outbound investment transactions.
