Practice Areas: Ignacio is an infrastructure, energy and natural resources partner with extensive experience in the power and renewables, oil and gas, mining, water and waste, transport, defence and government sectors. He advises corporations, global investment banks, equity sponsors and public entities on M&A, PPP's, projects, privatisations, regulatory issues as well as litigation and arbitration matters. He leads the Latin America and the Africa (Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries) practices in Madrid. Recently, he advised Berkeley Resources on the development of an uranium mine in Spain and EDP Renovaveis on the development of an onshore wind park portfolio in Belgium.
