Practice Areas: A licensed insolvency practitioner, Stephen has extensive experience of all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery practices in the United Kingdom, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. His recent work includes advising Ernst & Young, as administrators of Nortel’s EMEA entities as part of its global administration, in one of the largest pan-European filings ever undertaken. Stephen is a past president of R3 (the UK trade body for restructuring, bankruptcy and turnaround) and lectures widely on corporate recovery matters. He has been described by clients as "absolutely outstanding" with "an ability to come up with practical solutions".
