Practice Areas: Nina leads the English law team that practices within Herbert Smith Freehills' energy and infrastructure group in Paris. Her practice covers mainstream corporate and projects work in Europe and across East and West Africa (including in particular Nigeria), principally within the oil and gas, mining and power sectors. Recent engagements include advising the Nigerian Bureau of Public Enterprises on its privatisation of the power sector, Maurel & Prom on various aspects of its upstream petroleum operations, and a consortium of international and local stakeholders on the successful acquisition of upstream interests in Nigeria from Shell, Total and Eni.
