Practice Areas: Jason focuses on financing for oil and gas companies, having advised over 100 upstream oil and gas financings as well as numerous other financings in the broader energy sector. His work in 2012 includes advising a syndicate of 27 lenders on the $3.5 billion Tullow Oil RBL facility, and a syndicate of 27 lenders on the US$2.5 billion secured loan and letter of credit facility for Lundin Petroleum.
