Practice Areas: Ernst Brandl focuses on banking-, stock exchange- and capital markets law. He advises international banks and financial service providers developing the Austrian market and assists foreign investment funds obtaining licenses from the Austrian Financial Market Authority. He also assists in dispute resolution matters. Ernst is the author of numerous books and papers on capital markets law, the "Handbook on Information Duties in Capital Markets" and is the co-editor of the leading commentary on the Austrian Securities Supervision Act.
