Practice Areas: Justin is the Head of Herbert Smith Freehills' Greater China international arbitration practice, specialising in international commercial arbitration and public international law. He has acted as counsel and advocate before tribunals in Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Beijing, Bangkok, Zurich, and The Hague and has experience in arbitrations under the rules of institutions including CIETAC, ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC and ICSID, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules and the Permanent Court of Arbitration Optional Rules for Arbitrating Disputes Between Two States. Justin has also practiced in the Herbert Smith Freehills' Singapore, Bangkok and London offices.
