Career: John Emanuel is a shareholder at WHD and a member of its Corporate Practice Group. He has more than 30 years experience representing investors, business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of business acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, capital raising, tax planning, succession planning, and general corporate and business counseling. Mr. Emanuel was one of 86 attorneys nationwide named to the 2008 BTI Consulting Group's "Client Services All-Star Team" for his work in corporate transactions. Since 2007 he has taught the course in mergers and acquisitions at Marquette University Law School. Mr. Emanuel received his JD from Stanford University.
