Career: Carter represents companies in employment litigation, including disputes with executives/partners, collective/class and multi-plaintiff actions under FLSA and Title VII, employee bonus/compensation disputes, whistleblower cases and commercial disputes. Carter is Chair of Fulbright's Unfair Competition Group, which focuses on non-compete/trade secret matters. He consults with companies and executives on employment policies, practices and contracts.
