Practice Areas: Tom's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in the securities, intellectual property, and antitrust areas. He represents clients on claims of monopolization, distribution practices, takeovers, mergers, section 10(b) lawsuits, derivative actions, intellectual property disputes, and governmental investigations. Tom also represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, director and officer liability, and prudency issues involving the activities of regulated utilities.
