Practice Areas: Stephen Sutton dedicates his practice to assisting employers in resolving employment law issues, with wide ranging civil litigation experience in complex, multiplaintiff employment discrimination and wrongful discharge lawsuits. He has successfully represented employers before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and labor and employment arbitrators in all facets of employment law in matters ranging from age, race, gender and disability discrimination to harassment issues. He counsels employers on FMLA and ADA compliance and other areas of employment law.
