Brands from Pepsi, of Visteon from Ford, of Discover from Morgan Stanley, the splitoff of Abercrombie from The Limited, Texaco's merger with Chevron, Comcast on the sale of QVC, the restructuring of Time Warner Entertainment, acquisitions of cable assets from Adelphia and AT&T and 51% of NBC, Exxon's acquisition of XTO as well as Citigroup on a variety of transactions including the MSSB joint venture.
