Practice Areas: Adam Hakki is the Global Head of Shearman & Sterling’s Litigation Group. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex class action and shareholder litigation, government investigations, and white collar criminal matters related to securities, derivatives, financial products, financial reporting, accounting, ERISA, and major corporate transactions. He has led major financial institutions and hedge funds in significant litigations and government investigations.
