Practice Areas: Amy works closely with large manufacturers, small businesses and municipalities to understand and integrate environmental regulatory compliance into routine operations. She helps plan and implement proactive and practical measures to ensure continued regulatory compliance and defends regulatory enforcement actions. Amy works with property owners, lenders and developers to facilitate redevelopment of contaminated properties and advises on environmental cleanup of sites across the nation under RCRA, CERCLA, various state authorities and Brownfield acts.
