Practice Areas: Frederick Thomas conducts a transactional practice representing US, foreign and multinational corporations and other entities, both public and private, in stock acquisitions, asset acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings, tender offers, shareholder arrangements and a variety of other transactions. He conducts a corporate and securities law counseling practice, advising boards of directors, committees of boards of directors and management regarding corporate governance, securities, transactional and other matters. Fritz served as a firm practice leader for a number of years and is currently the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Chicago office. He continues to conduct an active corporate practice.
