His practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property law litigation. He has served as Special Assistant Attorney General for Massachusetts on two occasions and Special Outside Counsel for Boston to defend the constitutionality of laws and regulatory actions; Special Counsel in civil rights actions representing several municipalities; and was specially retained by federal banking authorities to prosecute claims against a bank’s board of directors.
