Banking & Finance (Band 3)
Practice Areas: Focuses on commercial law, primarily representing lenders, personal property lessors and other creditors in transactional, workout and litigation matters. Has structured, negotiated and documented a broad variety of finance transactions, including large syndicated credit facilities, middle market loans, letters of credit and other credit enhancement facilities, multistate real estate secured transactions, mezzanine and subordinated credit financings, leveraged leases, asset-based loans, and equipment leases. Experience also includes numerous loan workout transactions and debtor-in-possession financings as well as litigation in California state and US bankruptcy courts.
