Has structured, negotiated and documented a broad variety of finance transactions, including large syndicated credit facilities, middle market loans, letters of credit and other credit enhancement facilities, multistate real estate secured transactions, mezzanine and subordinated credit financings, leveraged leases, asset-based loans, and equipment leases. Experience also includes numerous loan workout transactions and debtor-in-possession financings as well as litigation in California state and US bankruptcy courts.
