Practice Areas: On the transactional side, Jim’s practice is comprised of enterprise-wide sourcing and technology initiatives. On the counseling and pre-litigation side, Jim’s practice focuses on privacy and security and data breach/network intrusion response. When company networks and data are breached, he works with multi-disciplinary teams on everything from legally required notification of the affected individuals under various privacy laws, to e-discovery and litigation preparedness, to internal investigations and law enforcement issues.

Professional Memberships: Secretary and former chair, Technology Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
