Practice Areas: Represents private equity firms in M&A such as Apollo Global Management and BC Partners domestically and in complex cross-border transactions such as the acquisition of Intelsat and the sale of Unitymedia. Also represents private equity portfolio companies in capital market transactions (including debt offerings and IPO’s); and has represented sponsors and lenders in REITS and gaming development transactions.
Professional Memberships: Board of Visitors of Columbia Law School and Board of Directors of the Appleseed Foundation.
Career: Qualified since 1986. Has been a partner of the firm since 1991 and is the Co-Chair of the U.S. Private Equity Practice.
