Practice Areas: Jeff Walbridge is Managing Partner of O'Melveny's Newport Beach office and Chair of the Firm's Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice. He counsels clients on compensation and benefits issues. In particular, he advises clients on the design and implementation of equity-based and other annual and long-term incentive arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, employment, severance, and change-in-control arrangements, the securities laws and disclosure requirements applicable to these arrangements, and the taxation of these arrangements.
