Practice Areas: Ms. Stork is a Vice-Chair of Covington's Antitrust Practice Group and a former Vice-Chair of the firm's Litigation Practice. She handles antitrust and unfair competition litigation, as well as internal and governmental investigations. She also advises clients on a variety of competition issues including pricing, exclusive dealing, bundled rebates, and intellectual property licensing. Representative clients include Philippine Airlines, S-Y Systems Technologies Europe GmbH, Alps Electric, and Integrated Device Technology.
