Career: Partner since 1997. Concentrates in commercial real estate, private equity fund formation and transactional work, financings, loan workouts and restructurings, JVs, general corporate matters. Works on formation and fund-raising of private equity funds focused on real estate and related assets and represents these funds, as well as hedge funds, in investing/financing activities. Transactional experience includes purchase, development and disposition of real estate assets and companies, purchase of distressed loans, structuring of senior and mezzanine financings (secured and unsecured), workout and restructuring of troubled credits and formation of JVs.
