Practice Areas: Mr. Katz focuses his practice on antitrust, securities, corporate governance, class action, and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He also has expertise in internal investigations and the representation of audit committees. He is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Securities and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers, and Who’s Who Legal: Texas.
