Practice Areas: Mr Tanenbaum is the Chair of the firm's Capital Markets Practice. He concentrates on corporate finance, structuring domestic and international capital markets transactions. He represents issuers, including some of the nation's largest financial institutions, underwriters and other financial intermediaries, in securities offerings. He has developed some of the most widely used hybrid techniques for placing and distributing securities. Mr Tanenbaum works closely with leading investment banks to formulate innovative financial products. He is a frequent lecturer on capital markets topics.
