Practice Areas: Co-chair of the firm's Antitrust and Competition Practice from 2007 to 2010, recognized by the Global Competition Review as among the world's 100 best. Previously served as Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice includes complex and class action litigation involving antitrust, RICO, the False Claims Act, false advertising, privacy, constitutional and other claims. She also represents clients in investigations and actions brought by federal, state, and local government entities. Ms. Schechter’s recent representations include McKesson, LensCrafters, Palm, Purdue Pharma, and GlaxoSmithKline. She received the 2010 BTI Client Service All-Star Award by nomination of her clients.
