Practice Areas: Milton has worked as a lawyer in London, Hong Kong and, since 1993, in Vietnam. Milton is the managing lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City office and is one of the longest serving foreign lawyers working in Vietnam. He has great experience in international cross border transactions and joint venture transactions; corporate M&A; commercial property development; advising export credit guarantee agencies and advising foreign investors on BOTs. In the infrastructure sector he has advised on water, ports, energy, roads and telecommunications projects. He is one of few lawyers in Vietnam to have a experience of arbitration and litigation.
