Practice Areas: Chuck is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Chuck is co-chair of the Employee Benefits Litigation Practice. He represents plan sponsors, employers and service providers in complex employee benefits (ERISA) litigation, and in labor and employment litigation. He has extensive class action and jury trial experience and has handled dozens of ERISA and other employment cases before federal and state appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
