Career: Mr. Mencio is co-leader of the firm's International and Cross Border Transactions Practice Group, Chair of International Initiatives, and member of the Directors' Committee. He focuses on cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions, dispute resolution, administrative matters relating to international trade and commerce and transportation industry. He's experienced in analysis of foreign countries' competition, licensing and franchise laws; foreign investment restrictions affecting mergers and acquisitions; currency restrictions; and joint ventures. His clients include multinational concerns in transportation, tourism, mining and agricultural sectors, major airlines, software and technology companies, and providers of goods and services in the international arena.
